Windows Major Web Browsers Tutorial

Yesterday’s tutorial had us in the position to test all major web browsers on a Mac laptop for our web work. The same can be done for Windows and want to show that here with this tutorial where we show installs of the Safari and Opera web browsers, which may not seem to be the “Windows fit” for web browsers.

You may be wondering why this would be of any use, but for web developers it can be of great use, because the rendering rules are so different for each browser and the recent advent of mobile use makes it useful if you can test your web work on as many platforms as possible, and as any web browsers as possible, within reason. These issues are sometimes referred to as cross-browser issues.

So in this tutorial you see Internet Explorer 9, Firefox, Safari, Opera and Chrome installed on a Windows laptop.
