Three's odd, let's face it. But were Peter, Paul and Mary "odd"? The "Three Stooges"?! Take away Zeppo, and the "Marx Brothers" were decidedly sane.

We say "Give Three a break". After all, the term is "terrible twos" not "threatening threes".
