At this blog we emphasise &#8220;the workings of it&#8221;, but we try to take a bit of time over design (and CSS) on occasions, and sometimes we take the minimal amount of this styling time. And you know what? When it is &#8220;the minimal amount of styling time&#8221; one thing done many times is to encase some HTML elements into a new div as below &#8230;<\/p>\n<p><code><br \/>\n&lt;div align=\"center\"&gt;<br \/>\n...<br \/>\n&lt;\/div&gt;<br \/>\n<\/code><\/p>\n<p> &#8230; to center lots of things, all at once, especially with rudimentarily designed games. As you would guess you can also align to the &#8220;left&#8221; and &#8220;right&#8221;, as you can read about <a target=_blank title='Align property information from w3schools' href='http:\/\/www.w3schools.com\/css\/css_align.asp'>here<\/a>. As well as <i>&#8220;div&#8221;<\/i> elements, this also, especially, works well with <i>&#8220;h1&#8221;<\/i> elements &#8230; at least we find.<\/p>\n<p>Try the <a target=_blank href=\"http:\/\/www.rjmprogramming.com.au\/HTMLCSS\/conflicted.html\" title='Click picture'>live run<\/a> or download the HTML programming source code <a target=_blank href=\"http:\/\/www.rjmprogramming.com.au\/HTMLCSS\/conflicted.html_GETME\">conflicted.html<\/a> for your perusal.<\/p>\n<p>If this was interesting you may be interested in <a title='Click here to see topics in which you might be interested' href='#d13103' onclick='var dv=document.getElementById(\"d13103\"); dv.innerHTML = \"&lt;iframe width=670 height=600 src=\" + \"http:\/\/www.rjmprogramming.com.au\/wordpress\/?tag=html\" + \"&gt;&lt;\/iframe&gt;\"; dv.style.display = \"block\";'>this<\/a> too.<\/p>\n<div id='d13103' style='display: none; border-left: 2px solid green; border-top: 2px solid green;'><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Often find while hand coding HTML that you get caught up in the workings of it, and leave out CSS styling considerations.
