Things That We Have in Common

It seems to me that there is so much more that should unite people, rather than divide.

Ideas (for what we have in common)
We want to live in harmony with animals and plants around us.
We need clean air to breathe.
We appreciate and need meaningful relationships with friends, family, and our community.
We are warm blooded, and nurture our young.
We all only exist because of the amazing conditions suiting us on Earth.
We cannot currently survive on any other planet that is reachable.
We have strong herd and group instincts.
We want education to improve our knowledge.
We want to be freed of persecution and fear.
We want to be treated equally, regardless of our socioeconomic status.
We want a world with clean water.
We all see a horizon, see stars and the moon in the sky at night, and the sun during the day.
We all have responsibility for sensible use of the world's resources.
We are all born needing great help to survive, for many months.
We want safe working conditions.
