… regional emoji flag definitions are “accepted”. By “accepted” we don’t mean that we don’t know how to define the HTML (Entities) needed to define them if they eventually appear, it is more that the vetting of a new such Regional Flag has not happened yet. In researching this, some discussions go back to 2017, so we guess there is no real hurry about this.
