And so (amongst many many other things, but fundamentally), Joomla links Menus to Articles, and Articles should be Categorized.

Know from experience that that is more involved than WordPress, as you’d expect it to be, as WordPress is a CMS predominantly for blogging, whereas Joomla can be as well, as well as being readily adaptable to eCommerce.
